This page explains what personal data we collect on nigoz.com, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.
Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
- Digital assessment: name, email address, WhatsApp, company or business, country and the answers you give about your business.
- Change request form: name, site, WhatsApp or email, the change you request and any files you attach.
- Requests for audits, reviews of projects built with AI, quotes and the Google Business Profile review: name, business name, website or social profile, link to the Google Business Profile, WhatsApp or email, and the description of your project or what you need, depending on the form.
- Messages and meetings: the data you give us when you write to us by email or WhatsApp, or when you book a meeting.
- Browsing data: information about your visit collected by Google Analytics, such as the pages you view, your device and your approximate location.
What we use it for
- To generate and show you your assessment.
- To handle change requests from our clients.
- To handle your requests for audits, reviews of projects built with AI, quotes and the Google Business Profile review.
- To answer your questions and follow up commercially on your interest in our services.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We only work with the providers needed for the site to function. Some may process data outside your country, including in the United States:
- HostGator: site hosting.
- Artificial intelligence provider: generates the assessment. We send it your answers about the business, but not your name, email or WhatsApp.
- Google: Google Analytics, Site Kit and Google Fonts.
- Trustindex: displays our Google reviews.
- Font Awesome: displays the site icons.
- Calendly and WhatsApp: used if you choose to book a meeting or write to us through those channels. They also have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to measure visits with Google Analytics. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.
You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the site notice, and change your decision at any time: change my cookie preferences.
How long we keep your data
We keep it for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and follow up on it, or while there is a business relationship or a legal obligation that requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data, and to stop sending you commercial communications. To do so, email us at info@nigoz.com.
In Argentina, Law 25,326 establishes that the right of access can be exercised free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Agency for Access to Public Information) is the supervisory authority for that law and handles complaints and claims. If you live in another country, you may also have the rights established by your local legislation.
